Twice given keys to rooms already occupied Reception staff did not have a clue how to sort it out. Imagine walking in on a room occupied. Having to go back with reception twice with luggage was ridiculous. Would definitely not go back to this hotel.

Central location right in the middle of the town. Very clean and staff very polite and helpful. Sara on the bar, Holly on the front desk and Chloe in the restaurant.. all fantastic!!! The food was exceptional and the pork lion was very tasty.. I will be back.

Great location, rooms and public areas were really clean, breakfast and foond in general was well presented and tasted great. Staff were very friendly and took care of us really well.

Dicky55 Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

Hotel is central for the town and good location for access to golf courses. Hotel is functional but tired and needs a refurb but ok for a bed for the night. Showers were poor and room wasn’t refreshed daily. Internet access good but not strong. The staff though were exceptional. Couldn’t do enough. In particular Kerri on reception and Pam in restaurant
