Great staff and a good lobby but cleanliness and decor are nothing to be desired. The facilities included access to a pool and gym however an update across the estate would be good. Staff were very helpful and polite. Ideally close to the Safari park.

Room was a good size for the 5 of us. Room was little bit dirty, marks and hair on shower wall, stains, mould and foundation on nets, Was told when booking that the hotel had full restaurant menu but was room service, we was fine with that, when arrive to have dinner the menu was lacking in what we was told. There was even a kids menu, pasta, sausage, even more of a disappointment was breakfast again got told was full cooked wasn’t, I ask if they could do toast and my son as he his autistic that’s all he eats for breakfast they couldn’t even offer anything else, yes the Continental breakfast was available I wasn’t paying £5 for stuff that we wouldn’t of eaten. One of our guest was gluten free which they wouldn’t of able to eat.

All members of staff were extremely polite, helpful, and respectful. The facilities were well managed with appropriate controls in these difficult times. I would recommend using this hotel to anybody. The local establishment for food and a drink was only a short walk. This was found to be welcoming and hospitable. Really enjoyable stay made better by the excellent staff.

Although the Heath was clean, it seemed poorly maintained, the reception desk was often unattended and the closed bar and restaurant were a disappointment.

Made to feel very welcome, all Covid-19 precautions in place, room service instead of open bar and restaurant, quick and efficient., new towels and replacement complimentary tea and coffee left outside the room on second day, we are travelling round at the moment, and this hotel was the only one that thought to do this. The swimming facilities our second to none, booking easy, and water warm. Would highly recommend,

Room was filthy despite my being reassured over the phone that it would not be. Layers of dust on all surfaces. No mention on Accor website, where I booked, that restaurant and bar shut. This needed to be stated explicitly. I feel I have wasted a lot of points booking here. Cannot believe a four star hotel has no fridges. Had to run back and forth to reception to get milk heated for our son. Very stressful, also zero choice for children on room menu. Richard and holly on reception very helpful

Staff very good room clean & comfortable, Price reasonable. However we were not informed that the restaurant was closed. For dinners this worked out OK as we found suitable eating Places in Bewdley However the takeaway breakfast was poor and we were not told that we would be charged £5 for each one.

Primarily due to the current pandemic most of the facilities such as dining room and the bar were unavailable. The room was in serious need of an update with peeling wallpaper, grubby radiator and tired bathroom. The room, bedding and towels were clean and the bed was in good condition albeit very frm and not comfortable. The staff were friendly, however in short it wasn't the standard I expect from a Mercure hotel.

Grab and go breakfasts too sweet and not value for money, wanted a wheat free told that or nothing. Evening meal on a tray in cardboard containers and plastic cutlery except for soup spoon. Chips luke warm and flavourless, dry with only tomato sauce and that was already on the pizza. Burger small and very dry. On plus side single beds very comfortable. Outside a dirty nappy was out the front and still there when left 3 days later, no gardening been done in years as weeds had taken over. Will NEVER go back.

Room ok, bit tired. Staff ok. However, nothing open. No bar. No restaurant. NO FRESH COFFEE. Covid measures good and understandable, but it’s going to far to not have any access to any fresh hot drinks except the ones in the room with the awful milk. Also, it necessitated going out to eat as the in room dinner choice is poor. Tbh one of the reasons for going into a hotel is to be pampered slightly, but none of that here.
