Needs a renovation

Check-in was quick, but the overall experience wasn't great. The room and common areas were worn out. We felt like staying in an average old hotel. Not the Mercure standard we are used to.

Short stay just the one night handy for Prestwick Airport,rooms were warm and comfortable with Tea and Coffee facilities or any hot drinks didn’t have breakfast as we left at 4:00 am for Airport no problem getting a Taxi would stay again.

The minute we arrived the receptionist was very friendly and looked after us. We went to our room which was on the 6th floor and the view of the Clyde was fantastic. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast was excellent . Enjoyed every minute.
