Was not as good as last time. Booked a privilege room advertised with slippers and dressing gown not there and last year we got 2 cans of fizzy drinks 2 bottled water 2 fruit juice and 2 biscuits . This time there was only 2 water and 1 fizzy drink. Maybe change On website I know it is more expensive now so maybe you have just cut back.

Great location, clean nice rooms, great breakfast and friendly staff. Disappointed with guests smoking at the entrance as it stunk of cigarettes and really brings down the look of the hotel. There should be an allocated smoking area.

The only problem is it could be doing with somet sort of air conditioning as the fan supplied in room only circulated the warm air,also small smell of dampness in corridor
