Evening meal not the greatest, microwaved rice isn't the best thing to serve. Staff were good, room was decent mattress a bit hard for my liking

This hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment. Carpets threadbare, furniture damaged, bathrooms ancient. Staff need customer service training as were abrupt and cleaning staff all gathered in corridors discussing guests. Outside is dirty with overgrown and dead plants, discarded cigarettes gathered in corners. Won’t be back!

Well located. Checked in and initial staff friendly. Room very dated and areas in bathroom with mould which irritated my daughter's asthma. Checked out to a rather dismissive front desk. Would I come again, probably not.

Comfortable room. Shower pressure really good and plenty of hot water. Towels good too. The room would be improved if phone charging points were attached to the walls. I forgot to bring mine and fortunately the front desk could lend me one.
