Beautiful big comfy bed xxx lovely thoughtful cleaners arranged my daughters teddies all nice on her bed x spotlessly clean room and bathroom nice fluffy towels every day - highly recommend - will definitely be back Nathan at the front desk was so helpful and friendly

Lovely staff. Excellent location. Clean enough,very tired and outdated. Was extremely disappointed when checking out as receptionist had made an error of 40p in my account. I was asked to pay this before I could be checked out And as she pointed out to me when I made a comment,even if it 1p I could not check you out. Come on mercure have some sense!

Had single beds for my business trip, got out of bed one night and managed to kick the wheels the bed was on, said a few choice words with that one! Hotel is adequate for my business location, but the hotel is showing its age with flurecent sounding lights in the room, a panel heater where you have 2 choices scalding hot room or cold room and the carpets are all frayed. Had a bath and shower combo in the room but taps would not work, so filled up bath one night with the shower. Breakfast was ok, large variety of choice and eggs cooked to order that is nice overall if the price is right it's ok to stay here but you need a car to go anywhere other than the outlett.

Very dissapointing when you first feeling entering thw hotel and room is that everything seems dirty. The floor carpet in the room was disgusting. I will never stay in this hotel again.
