Was served by Aneesa in the restaurant here at the mercure hotel in Livingston, lovely lady with lovely manners and always making sure everything was ok, food was lovely, top marks for Aneesa, couldn’t be more helpful, and she was excellent

It's a good local hotel. It is located very convenient for travellers. It is close to Edinburgh and highways and very close to Edinburgh Airport. I used it for a short stay and will gladly use it again when I am in this area or passing Livingston. The room was spotless. The reception works 24 hours a day, and parking is spacious.

I attended the this lovely establishment, had an absolutely amazing stay, with great reception. I also had an absolutely excellent experience in restraunt, the food was lovely, was served by the most incredible waiter, I believe her name was Olivia, she was so well attentive, well spoken, and took care of everything. Absolutely incredible service. Thanks so much for the stay, and I would definitely recommend

3 guys on holiday. We decided at the last minute to drive down to the Edinburgh area at the last minute. We found this hotel that had 3 beds to a room and was reasonably priced.
