Loved this hotel. Location was great for shopping. Right next to the outlets and large shopping centre. Had a 3 course meal in the restaurant which was cooked to perfection. Waiter was lovely too. Sat by the fire in the evening with a glass of wine.

Well located for what we needed, well sized rooms but hotel needs some TLC. Bath/shower taps did not work properly in one of our rooms and the cold tap wouldn’t turn off easily in the other resulting in an ‘almost overflow’ with lots of panic. Comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast which was well worth the money.

Not the hotels fault but we stayed the same night as many many Welsh rugby fans (six nations) so we were woken many times due to drunk welshmen coming back

One night stay in a family room with my daughter. The rooms were clean and a good size however the bed was extremely uncomfortable and resulted in back pain in the morning. Very loud guests shouting up and down the corridor between 1 and 2am, no staff advised them to be mindful of their volume due to other guests in rooms nearby. Reception staff on arrival were lovely and staff at breakfast very helpful and friendly. Due to the lack of comfort during the stay we won't return.
