The Hotel was nice and the staff very friendly and helpful however the room we stayed in was clean but could do with a makeover, picture missing off one wall leaving a black outline where it had previously been and black mould on the silicon around the bath but we didn't complain to the staff but overall we enjoyed our stay

THE HOTEL WAS CLEAN AND WELL RUN.ITS LOCATION WAS CLOSE TO THE PARK AND RIDE FOR EASY AND STRESS FREE ACCESS TO THE CITY. THE STAFF WERE ALWAYS EFFICIENT,FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.
