My friend and I attended a Quiltworx course and stayed at Fairfield Manor for a week. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. I have a limited diet with some allergies and the chef, Billy, managed to make delicious meals every day, with no repetition. Thank you Billy, Louise and the kitchen staff for being so accommodating for me. Sandeep greeted everyone, no matter how busy, with a welcoming smile. The hotel is run smoothly and is clean and airy. The beds are extremely comfortable. We felt very much at home after only a day or so. We look forward to staying again.

It was a great stay, we enjoyed thoroughly. All the staff are very kind and helpful, they took care of us well. Breakfast was great, plenty of options to choose. Lobby is very beautiful and organised, lots of sitting options. We will definitely come back.

Poor room very tired in need of refurbishment. The carpet was very dirty. The towel rail was not hot. There was a notice not in use! The sink had a rusty waste. The child bed was broken! The breakfast was dried up bacon so I had continental but the croissants were rock hard and must have been put out for days! The self service on the honey very unhygienic everyone handling the jars! Co-vid carriers! The first night in the dining room we were ignored so we had to ask for attention. We won’t be staying with you again.
