Large and spacious rooms. Very well located, near to Rawcliffe park and ride 15-20 mins walk away which takes you to the city center in 15 mins. Free parking is available on the site. The property also has a very large lush green garden area and lot of sitting at the bar. Really enjoyed our stay.

as always staff i deal with are superb and look after you well, the issue I'm finding which is now making me look elsewhere for accommodation are the rooms themselves they are looking dated battered and bruised heating when required does seem to work bedding was looking thread bare, door wouldn't latch on the door closer, shower ran intermittently and the shower screen didn't stop the water escaping onto the floor when it did work correctly, plugs to sinks missing or not working properly, this is becoming a common occurrence across the whole hotel now

This was a super easy hotel to find. I liked that they include parking if you validate your reg at reception. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice however, the floorboards are really noisy in the hallway and inside the room.
