Really close to Waverley station which is why we chose it and glad we did. The hotel is opposite the Scott Monument and the gardens with views of the castle. The hotel was clean comfortable with friendly staff. We had a lovely meal in Scotts. Would recommend a stay here

We couldn’t have asked for more from a hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was freshly decorated with a contemporary Scottish feel, and the breakfast was fresh with plenty of options. But the thing that makes this hotel extra special is the location! The beautiful bar / restaurant area offers a view of Edinburgh Castle and Princes Street which is just amazing. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel right on Princes Street. The problem was my room has a dreadful view of the back of shops etc. Deco slightly dated but very clean. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom but toilet seat was loose as the toilet itself was very close too the wall.
