No space to store my cloth … none at all !

Location is good… but otherwise this room was terrible. No wardrobe , no drawers, no cabinet …. Nothing . I stayed 4 days for business and lived out of the suitcase because there was simply no wardrobe or anything to put stuff . None !

Room is not big and seems different from picture during booking. And is not very clean. The cupboard can see dust. No bottled water provided. Parking details not given clearly by different staff. Early check in still got £20 charge. Location is ok but got a flight of stairs to carry up your luggage. Room is so small that you can only open 1 big luggage right behind the door and blocking the main door and toilet door. Pillow is very soft. No support. Service is not impressive at all.

Our £20 for early check in fee is company policy as we do prioritise your room and you are having the room for longer than originally booked. We recently(14/04/24) hosted my baby shower at Buchanan Suit in Mercure Glasgow City Hotel. The authentic Indian cuisine and service were excellent. The entire staff(Praveen,Millie,Ellie,Calum) was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Head Chef Praveen and his team deserve special commendation for their outstanding job. Our guests were equally impressed by both the venue and the delicious food served during the event. I highly recommend this venue for hosting events based on our experience.

very helpful and friendly staff. food good choice and dinner B&B meals excellent. minor downside staff forgot to make up our room and only one chair to sit on. Attending a hotel based conference and the venue was just right for the station.

Overall a good experience. Great central location with convenient access to public transport including the airport express coach. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is a little tired-looking. Plumbing not great - slow draining sink and bath and dripping toilet cistern.
