Room was too warm but reception was able to turn heating down. Room location had lots of outside noise

We had a twin room. The beds were very comfortable. The room was a little small but sufficient enough for a two-night stay. The bathroom had everything required. We would prefer a walk-in shower rather than a bathtub with shower over it but the shower was fine. One issue was the phone charging points which didn't seem to work. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the luggage store facility very convenient. The hotel is very central and good value for money on the deal we had.

Paid for the upgrade on the room and I was very disappointed at the size of the room and condition. There were chips on the bath and edging strips missing on bedside units. Room was very cramped aswell. Others on the floor were very noisy so didn’t sleep much either.
