We were there at Glasgow with our family. The hotel was fabulous by its location and connectivity to the nearby rail station and the bus station which were essential for our tours from Glasgow. Food at the hotel was deliciously amazing. Chef Praveen was very kind and helpful. He is well aware of surroundings and the places nearby. Rohan at the front desk was an amazing person. Overall it was a very good experience at the hotel.

Warm welcome by lovely staff, small but perfectly formed twin room. Most comfortable beds, great night sleep. Location for our visit was fantastic. Only niggle was shower curtain clinging to body during a shower. Excellent stay will absolutely use agin when next in Glasgow.

Hotel is ideally situated in the heart of Glasgow City. However, room was looking a little tired and in need of decorating/ update. Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly, polite and attentive.

Most of the staff were friendly one lacked personality and was like a school teacher. Was polite though. It was central so jumping on the trains were easier. The bathroom was okay and was clean but wasn't smelling fresh.
