Honestly, the customer service was excellent. The training room, breakfast bar, and overall facilities were impressive. I stayed at this hotel in 2017 and returned after eight years. Great location and great breakfasts. I think the lobby bar should carry Scottish beers though. :-)

Hotel location is superb, just off George Square and near two main railway stations. It is a block off the square to ensure quiet. The room was relatively small and a little tired. No air conditioning just the window to cool down meant it was a little hot and facilities could do with a renewal. Overall though I slept well and everything worked. Staff are extremely friendly and we were always greeted with a smile and willingness to help Breakfast is a standard buffet but well cooked and a good start to the day.
