Very small room, uncomfortable position toilet, ventilation bathroom didn't work, no airco, horrible view, difficult to open a window because airco noise from other buildings. Good breakfast and very friendly staff especially Joy! Room 306

Wrighty0 Solo travel - TripAdvisor review

The staff on reception in the hotel are friendly and welcoming. People make Glasgow its true! The location is great for all main stations, George Square, Glasgow Green etc very central. The hotel rooms are dated and although clean they just need a lick of paint, carpets, new bathroom etc - Fresher look. There was an iron print on the floor where someone had obviously burnt the carpet and the lights did a lot of flickering. There’s no air con so very warm and if window is open it’s very noisy. The walls are thin! The rooms have basics tea coffee hairdryer safe etc A positive is a lot of things removed to be more sustainable but available at the reception if needed. I would probably stay at Ibis round the corner or Premier Inn next time until this hotel has a bit of refurb.
