We were gifted and overnight stay with breakfast. On arrival check in staff were lovely. Room was very small and hot with window, understandably, only opening a small amount so not much air. If we'd been there for more than the one night we would have spoken to reception but as it was only one night we put up with it. Breakfast was delicious and staff so friendly and helpful. Location was very central and hotel was clean and peaceful.

From start to finish the staff were efficient and pleasant and pointed me in right direction for all my needs. The hotel location close to George Square is perfect for visiting a couple my favourite Glasgow pubs and for me the best Indian restaurant in Glasgow.

Had my 21st birthday party in a function room. Birthday party was incredible, the features of the room were stunning, the buffet was delicious and well-supplied so no guest went hungry. The hotel room itself was stunning, incredibly clean, well laid out and the bottle of Prosecco and birthday card left were a lovely touch and much appreciated. Staff were also kind and professional and very helpful. Would 100% stay again.

Pros - Really good central location just off George Square. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Clean hotel. Cons - Very noisy outside on a Saturday night though so I didn't get a great sleep. Very small room with bulky furniture - put the TV on the wall and replace the big desk with a console table. Lacking in power points - nowhere to plug my phone in beside the bed.
