We received a smile and a warm welcome from Chris on reception which set the tone for our stay. Everyone on the staff were so friendly and helpful it was a joy to stay there. The room was a very good size and the breakfast was well organised and very good.

Well located in the city centre but our 1st night was very noisy considering it was mid week ! Staff friendly and helpful, double room was very small and shabby but clean. We used our Tesco vouchers so fairly easy to book.

Stayed one night at Ingram St, Nicki gave us a warm welcome, lovely room on 1st floor. Came down for a drink, bar worker had real difficulties in serving guests, maybe a new worker, prices were also on the high side, £11.20 for a poorly poured pint and a g&t. On return to hotel after our concert we had a drink and ordered a pizza, pizza was expensive, £13, disappointing too. Breakfast was very good, staff however seemed disinterested, young group who did not communicate any excitement as to our experience. Overall a reasonably enjoyable stay.

It was a lovely hotel, and the staff were very helpful and sweet. In the room I was staying in the privacy curtain was broken when we arrived ( the pegs it holds the rails on werent in fastly and the rail was found on the window sill) but aside from that it was good.

Ok stay

Our room was large and nice but many furniture items were broken or damaged e.g. drawers, windows were difficult to shut and bed. When checking in, took quite some time to find our booking and had to ask about discounted parking. We wouldn't have been told about it if we did not ask. It was an ok stay for what we needed, however, did expect better from a Mecure.

This was my first time staying at the hotel in ingrim street, I would say it was ok , as it was used merely for one night for me and my friend to enjoy a night in the town with the less hassle of trying to get home, my two issues that I didn’t like was an other male guest who spoke Irish, when coming home to the hotel after having a fantastic night was having to hear the man guest ranting abuse about football as to which I don’t think it was appropriate. This did upset my friend who I was sharing with, the concierge had come but I’m assuming the people that was with the quest came straight away and was apologetic towards me and my friend, we decided to leave it to them and went to the room, we did have a fantastic sleep and the breakfast was a bit disappointing as from reading the reviews before I booked I had it in my head I was having my favourite eggs Benedict but when I came down for breakfast to be told due to the Covid their kitchen wasn’t fully up and running, baring in mind I had already phoned days prior to me staying to say I would be a late check in and enquired about the breakfast and to be told this wasn’t going to an issue, ovisly mixed communication and not happy about this, overall I would probably stay only if the breakfast was fully functional.

Really good. Helpful staff and clean. Nice big room. Only downside was no sockets beside the bed. I needed a socket for my sleep apnea machine. But I phoned down to reception and staff came up to look and went away got large extension lead. And put a thing down to hold it in place so wouldn’t trip. Well done and thanks.

Amazing location, clean environment, professional and friendly stuff and great breakfast. However, the rooms were sometimes hot because they come with small windows and there are no air conditioning or fans. Some facilities are a bit outdated. We had problems with the toilet since it failed to work sometimes. But overall, good value for money.

Very good value for money. Extremely clean property. Professional and super friendly staff. Amazing breakfast and great location. However, the rooms were hot sometimes since there are no air conditioning or fans provided and we had troubles with the toilet sometimes.

Friendly and helpful check in. We could not check in until 3pm which is as advertised but we could store our bags and as we were tourists it was not a problem. Very large comfortable bed filled the room but that was no problem as we were only one night in Glasgow. We did not try the restaurant but it looked fine. Room has coffee machine, water and was spotless. We would stay again when next in Glasgow. very cheap for a down town hotel.
