The hotel is well-located, and easy to find. Check in was very smooth and easy. My room was comfortable. Breakfast was included with my stay, and was great. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Was pleasantly surprised about the quality of my stay having had bad experiences at other Mercure hotels. The bed was comfy, the staff were great and the ambience around the hotel was stylish. Only downsides was the quality of the breakfast.

This hotel was amazing from start to finish. Our room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and decorated to a very high standard. It had everything we needed, including a fridge, and the sea view was absolutely stunning. The location was perfect, right on the seafront and within easy reach of everything Brighton has to offer. What really made our stay special was the staff. Every single member of the team was friendly, welcoming, happy, and incredibly helpful. I was staying with my friend who has a disability, and the care, kindness, and support shown to us throughout our stay was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, and we felt genuinely looked after. The food was delicious, and every part of our stay exceeded our expectations. We had the most wonderful trip and only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to return!

Was a solo trip for a meeting and was a very pleasant experience, only complaint would be for housekeepers to check under toilet seat as was in need of a quick wipe to get rid of previous occupants visit, an easy miss (pardon the pun) breakfast was great with a good selection and upgraded room was lovely and spacious with a nice view of the beach. Will be back again and would stay here again.
