Katrina in the front desk is helpful and friendly. Breakfast is great. But no refrigerator and aircon.

There was a issue with rooms not being ready and booking couldn't be found. If it weren't for that it would of been perfect

Amazing staff members and customer service, great location, and the bed was very comfortable. On the low end, the window could not be entirely closed, the TV remote was not the cleanest, food is good but not exceptional and on the small side, rooms are not sound proofed and you can see the light from the hallway because of a big gap below the door frame. Will I come back? Yes.

Broken lift not ideal and threadbare carpets on landing. Staff were excellent and friendly at reception and the bar.

Good facilities and friendly attentive staff but breakfast room was too small yet not organised in timeslots. Thus, I had to wait 10mins for coffee and 10:30am to have some fruits that 2 of my group couldn't wait for since we had to checkout by 11am
