Superb location with attentive staff. Excellent menu choices. The addition of coat hooks in the room would make a positive difference rather than having to hang coat on the back of a chair.

All front with no substance!

We had a two night B&B break through Secret Escapes. The lobby and bar area at the front looked impressive but couldn’t have been more misleading. We were in a privilege mews room which was so far back we felt completely cut off from the main hotel. It had no view and on one night we were surrounded by a very large group of teenagers who seemed out of control until we got the manager to come from the front of the hotel. Food order mistakes and abrupt behaviour from some staff made it a very unpleasant stay. It turns out the only advantage of a privilege room is slippers and gown! There are many better options we saw in Brighton than this hotel.
