Hotel was beautifully decorated and our rooms were very clean. The evening meal was very nice. Thank you to the catering staff who did excellent work accommodating some difficult customers on our evening!

The hotel was lovely, but it was Martha on front desk that made the whole experience amazing. Friendly, chatty and went above and beyond to make the entire experience fantastic. Keep hold of her, too class professional.

Staff friendly and helpful. We had two nights at the hotel. Had a theatre ticket so close proximity to the theatre. Weather was good. Wished a few chairs out the front. Appreciate it is early season but would have been happy to have coffee, lunch drink in the sun. Pleased with our visit and will be happy to return.

The Front Desk Receptionist Cat was friendly and welcoming and found a lovely, upgraded room for my one-night stay. She recognised by ALL status. Cat was genuine and caring.
