We stayed here to visit family with my disabled mother. It was a lovely hotel, the staff were very helpful and rooms were clean but I was really surprised that the accessible room was such a long walk (with a lift ride) from reception and the accessible bathroom was not modernised- it felt very utility. It would also have been good to have a choice of sea view for the accessible room but I was told that there are no accessible rooms with a sea view. It might be something to consider when you are renovating. Having said that, we enjoyed our stay with you. Thank you

Room wasn't clean

The room hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, there were hairs in the bathtub, the carpet had crumbs on it and when I opened the window to let some air in there was a lot of dust disturbed which made me believe the windows had not been cleaned for some time.
