Horrible stay in this hotel: the rooms are extremely dirty, the carpet is disgusting. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms. So when I reported it to the reception, they told me to come to work or use the Wi-Fi at the reception. The rooms are overpriced for a very low-end service. When I came back from work around 5 p.m., the room still hadn't been made up and I had to ask three times for it to be made up. Run away from this hotel, which absolutely does not deserve its stars.

This was just an adhoc one night stay as we needed a bed for the night on our travels. Whilst the hotel has a wonderfully decorated reception and environment with the potential for an enjoyable stay our late arrival (10pm) did not allow for enjoyment of any of its facilities at all, there being no options to eat from the restaurant, bar or minibar, nothing at all and not much advice on where to go for a bite other than we should find something in town ... equally very disappointing to find nothing to drink other than two small very small bottles of water on our return at 11:15 ... Really not that welcoming a reception for such a famed hotel chain despite its wonderful outlook. A little change may go a long way for the odd late arrival visitor.

Chaotic check-in, rude staff and generally not the experience I’d expect from an Accor hotel. Room was supposed to be one of the best in the hotel but was in desperate need of renovation, dirty threadbare carpet, filthy sea view balcony, coffee machine was so dirty it was still running brown water after 5 cleaning runs… gave up at that point! Overall a very disappointing stay.
