Room wasn't clean

The room hadn't been cleaned thoroughly, there were hairs in the bathtub, the carpet had crumbs on it and when I opened the window to let some air in there was a lot of dust disturbed which made me believe the windows had not been cleaned for some time.

Hotel needs refreshing

I stayed with colleagues and used the conference room for 2 days. The carpets throughout are threadbare and dirty. Colleagues had some issues with rooms, meaning they had to swap a number of times to get one that was acceptable. Staff were mostly helpful and polite, but had to really ask for colleagues to have something basic made for them when they did not like the lunch option.
