Awfully run down

Laszlo R Families - TripAdvisor review

Shocked that the Accor group would let a Mercure get SOOO run down! The room was blanketed in dust, grime and discoloured walls and carpets. Paper thin walls. Someone smoked outside our room in the morning and it crept into the room. Poor quality beds. We requested a room change and got a slightly better room for the last night but I will avoid this hotel like the plague in future. Accor, pls send in the renovation crew, fast!

Well located but very basic for the price

Kanjana N. Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

The hotel is well located and the staff very friendly. The ambience of the foyer is lovely, however the rest of the hotel looks tired and desperately needs an update. The rooms are clean but very basic for the price we paid. No AC and no area designated for a kettle to be used. I had to put the kettle on the floor and use the only available socket! The shower leaked.

Excellent hotel

Believe the poor reviews - run-down and unloved

Robert W Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

I thought it wouldn't be that bad... but it was. For rooms being only three years old, they are worn and unloved. No TLC. No towel rail, filthy carprt, wet AC. Overpriced and disappointed even with a privilege room.
