Dear Caroline, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback following your stay. I’m very sorry to hear that, while the room itself was comfortable, the overall organisation and service did not meet your expectations. I appreciate you highlighting the positive intention shown on arrival with the offer of a takeaway breakfast bag due to your early departure, and I’m sorry that this was not communicated effectively to the breakfast team the following morning. This breakdown in internal communication is disappointing and understandably caused frustration. Please also accept my apologies that your room was not ready at the expected check‑in time and that you were required to wait an additional hour. While I’m glad the team offered a complimentary drink and an alternative room, I regret that this delay disrupted your plans. Your comment regarding the cleanliness of the windows has also been noted, as attention to detail in room presentation is important. We do understand that busy periods place pressure on operations, but this should never be at the expense of clear communication and smooth service delivery. Your feedback has been shared with our reception, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams so that coordination and follow‑through — particularly around agreed guest arrangements — can be improved. Dear April, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m very sorry to hear that your stay was disappointing and that several issues affected your experience. Please accept my sincere apologies for the condition of the bedroom and for it feeling small, worn, and shabby. I’m also sorry to learn that the breakfast area felt too crowded and that the toilet in your room was not functioning properly.
