My only issue is I am still waiting for someone to contact me about a preferential room rate as I will be staying at least once per week for the next few months.

Room was ok however lots of dust and cobwebs found and toilet looked a bit worn at the plumbing end

I attended for my cousin's wedding and overall, the stay and service were very good. Just a few of points for your consideration. 1) I would have appreciated a speedier check in as I had a ceremony deadline, I had already booked online, you had my payment details, and I was obviously staying over, so this could have been slicker. 2) The bar room where guests were located was very cold which was a particular uncomfortable issue for older guests. 3) My room was lovely except the bed was rock hard!

Friendly staff. Double room I booked turned into an accessible "double plus single room for some reason. Room was nice, if a little tired. WiFi was hit and miss, as was the 4G signal in the same places, which was a little frustrating. I know, first world problem. Evening menu was quite limited, but the food was good. Breakfast was good, wide choice of hot and cold food. My only disappointment was the latte from the machine, but you can't have everything. Check out delayed due to a new EPOS system but credit to the staff on duty for their efforts getting it sorted out.
