We found the hotel dated. Our room did not smell fresh, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. The room we had did not have mobile signal so we had to use the hotel WiFi which was poor. The bath was very narrow so taking a shower was uncomfortable. On the positive side we had room service and the food was very good. All in all this is not a 4 star hotel in my opinion.

After a long tiring day and arriving late at the hotel, I just wanted to chill out, watch a bit of TV and get some sleep. Room was tidy and spotlessly clean with ample facilities. Bed was very comfortable and I had no trouble spending a peaceful and restful night. Following that, the buffet style breakfast was ‘just the ticket’. Also good in-house WiFi available. No complaints.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I ate dinner in the restaurant for the first time and was very satisfied. My only gripe was that there were no pods for the Lavazza coffee machine.
