hotel was ok. Not the usual 4* I expect from Mercure! Kettle and TV did not work, crack in sink and generally hotel looked like it hadn't had an upgrade since the 70s! The gym however, was a nice, large, surprise

Room was fine, but there are no plugs near the beds at all, and the shower was missing the rubber seal beneath the glass door so water sprayed all over the bathroom.

Used this hotel many times as a stopover on the way to Pembrokeshire. The rooms are OK, but even the Privilege rooms don't have a walk-in shower. Getting in and out of the bath to shower without a suitable handle on the wall is difficult.

The curtain rail fell down! Staff did come and put it back. The second booked room was a long way from the first. No butter on the toast!
