We had a series of issues and problems - room not ready, dripping taps, shabby bathroom, door that wouldn’t close and lock, alarms going off and being woken in the night and decorators sanding down walls in the corridor before 8am. The staff were overall helpful as always and did their best to solve issues but most were not sorted due to their nature. Because we are regular visitors, we know this is not the usual standard. We will visit again because the location and facilities are usually ideal for what we need, hopefully it will all be resolved.

We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable throughout. As a family with two kids, we really appreciated the spacious room, it gave us plenty of space to relax without feeling cramped. The cleanliness was excellent, and the overall atmosphere made it feel warm and welcoming, almost like being at home. The reception team gave us a lovely welcome on arrival, which set a positive tone for our stay. Parking was also very convenient, making everything easy for us as a family. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely be happy to stay again.

This hotel was good value and with good food and staff. My only criticism was the bedroom needed a bit of attention. And the shower in the bath was not good. A narrow slippery bath with no grips on the wall.Quite dangerous! Apart from that, all was very good.
