This hotel is meant to be 4 star and I have yet to see anything more than a 2star The towels have holes in them in the bathroom The room is more basic than a premier room It is also very hot even with the windows fully open , did have a flan in the room but does work Great start to this hotel will not be coming back

Stayed for Friday night pre Oxford united game. Staff at reception were very helpful with info, bar staff amazing, couldn't do enough. Rooms were good, all you need, bed really comfortable, slept well Black out blinds worked well, and windows you could open ! Mercure Swansea, well done, totally enjoyed my stay. Swansea City, thanks for a great day, friendly people, taxi drivers happy to chat, would recommend your city to all Visitors

My first visit to the Mercure in Swansea, it was easy to find and in a good location. The staff were very friendly, and the bedrooms were good. I would say that getting in and out of the shower might be difficult for some elderly people; there were no handles and no anti-slip mat. Breakfast was generally ok some area could have been better, but overall, it was a good location for the football and for exploring the area. Would stay again.
