*We had our Christmas party here at the weekend. *The food was amazing! *The staff were so helpful, polite and accommodating! *The table and room were decorated beautifully. *The DJ was great. *There were lovely photo opportunities at the hotel.

Would highly recommend had a great stay from check-in to departure. Friendly staff could not do enough for you. Room spotlessly clean and very welcoming, welsh cake a lovely touch . I dined in the Restaurant on the first night and very impressed with the food quality and service. Breakfast the next morning one of the best i have experienced during my hotel stays around the UK. Would stay again on my next visit well worth the money

Stayed 2 nights, good sleep quality, wifi was good. Ate in the hotel both nights and satisfied with variety and quality of food. All staff we met were friendly and helpful.

We have stayed here before but were disappointed this time. Disturbed during the night by a dog barking in one of the rooms. Breakfast area was very noisy due to a party of youngsters from a boxing academy. They were running around while people were trying to have a leisurely breakfast. They weren't supervised and didn't appear to have any adults with them at that time. My husband had to wait for eggs while the rest of his Breakfast went cold as 2 boys had all of the 6 eggs that were out between them. Its a shame it spoiled our weekend and may think about staying somewhere else next time. We have family in Swansea and travel from Birmingham to see them.
