Good stay, the hotel was very well set up for the COVID restrictions so we felt safe and the hotel did a good job offering in room dining. We had pizza which came dead on when we were told it would and was piping hot. Very tasty too. The reception staff were very friend and helpful. So all in all an enjoyable stay.

Needed 3 nights in Swansea due due to work commitments. Ground floor room was comfortable, Wi-Fi and TV met my requirements. Food being delivered in take out bags was a little surreal, but understandable as part of being Covid safe. The food was easy to order via the WhatsApp group, and was delivered in a timely fashion. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming.

We travelled to Swansea for a funeral. The staff were so professional, friendly and very careful with hygiene. I felt they took the current situation very seriously but made you feel very welcome. I left a kindle behind and the staff called me to let me know. I’ve stayed at 5-star hotels paying a fortune around the world and I’ve never had that happen. And I’m a chronic forgetter. I found that amazing! The personal touch. Can’t buy that. Thank you Mercury ❤️
