All comforts provided for. Good breakfast options. The only thing that can be improved is the shower water pressure - it was quite weak in my room. Also the room ventilation to clear the bathroom air after a shower is poor. But stay was comfortable and I would come again if needed.

We have stayed at the Grange Park Hotel on numerous occasions whilst visiting family. Always comfortable accommodation and well looked after. on this occasion, as Silver Members of the All Accor rewards scheme, we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a privilege suite. An interesting link to the past as our wedding reception was held at this hotel back in 1975.

Overall a good experience. Reception were efficient and the check in process was easy. The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed our food. The room was a little tired looking (mainly the bathroom) but the room was clean, everything worked and we had everything we needed.

My partner and I stayed on 28/02/26, it really wasn’t good There were people taking drugs in the men’s toilets by reception which was alarming. We were in Room 209, and the occupants of the next-door room (211) were fighting, shouting a screaming at each other from 01.00hrs to 05.00hrs – we assume they were with the wedding party. I did report the matter to the duty staff, but seemingly nothing was done to resolve the issue. Having had 3hrs sleep we checked out at 08.00hrs and drove home to catch up on some sleep Very disappointed at what should have a been a pleasant overnight stay.

The issues you described are extremely concerning, particularly regarding the behaviour in the public areas and the disturbance from the neighbouring room. This is not something we tolerate, and we sincerely apologise that the situation affected your stay and that the disruption was not resolved effectively after you reported it. We did have a few events on within the hotel that evening and tried to keep the noise and disruptions to a minimum. Your comments have been shared with the management team so that we can review what happened on the night and ensure appropriate steps are taken to prevent this from happening again. We truly regret that your visit ended with you leaving tired and disappointed when it should have been a relaxing stay. If you are ever in the area again, we would very much appreciate the opportunity to restore your confidence in us.
