-Room was freezing even with heater - food was awful - room and bathroom need a major update as it was not acceptable

Rooms are dated and in need of refurbishing. Supports under bathtub were shot. Bath flexing badly underfoot. Pillows were hard

Breakfast was absolutely amazing, from start to finish. The food was fresh, full of flavour, and clearly prepared with care. Every bite showed the quality and attention that went into it, making it a really enjoyable experience. The service was just as impressive friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. Linda truly made sure everything was perfect, checking in at the right moments and ensuring nothing was missed. Her warm attitude and professionalism made the whole visit even better. It’s clear pride is taken in both the food and the customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great breakfast. 👌🏾

A good hotel for new year celebrations. Good food and entertainment, and staff were very helpful and friendly. However some of the public areas could have been warmer
