Mercure Hotel - Great! This Survey - Rubbish! In answer to the question below "How did you book this hotel?" None of the choices you provide on your drop down menu are relevant to my answer to this question so I am unable to answer it correctly or honestly. You do provide one choice "Other (eg Owner Services)" but I have no idea what "Owner Services" are? And you have no idea what my "Other" reason is! I suggest that if you want to know an answer to a question that you provide a space for clients to answer. In answer to your question "How would you rate your booking experience ?" I am unable to answer the question as I did not have a booking experience. I.E. I did not book the room! In answer to the first half of your next question. "If you were not a member of ALL, Actors Loyalty Programe- who or what is ALL, Accors Loyalty Programme? And why do you assume that I have ever heard of them? In answer to the 2nd half of your next question "would you have booked this hotel?" I did not book the Hotel!

Super service from Jeff. I only needed to use the hotel for some lunch and business calls. Jeff was incredibly warm and friendly, as were all the staff I encountered. Good useful hotel with decent amenities and staff with the right, can-do attitude.
