Pleasant stay at this hotel, check in was quick and safe. Breakfast was being done in scheduled time slots and there was plenty of availability for the time that suited me. Room was comfortable and big enough for me to do my exercise in the morning. The only tho TG to pick out on is the tiles in the bathroom could do with replacing. Looks like lots of repairs have been made - not a problem in itself but it’s a tad unsightly and there is lots of evidence of the grout being very old with old staining. The breakfast was managed really well and tasted great.

Great stay felt very safe both me and my wife , room spot again , the only thing I would say is small update on bathroom. But other than that it was brill and the beds are so comfortable.

Our stay was ok but & had it not been for a few issues I would have said it was great. The location us lovely & on site staff are brilliant. My main issues were that ì has reserved a time to use the pool, then was contacted to change this but when we arrived at the pool there was no record of our reservation!! Also the beds are on wheels & move every time you sit on them. I kept having to get up & push mine back to the wall as my pillows fell behind it. Food was lovely & staff were friendly. We would stay again but not in a twin room as the bed issue was a real problem for me.

Got to room to find the door deadlocked. Had to be allocated another room. Evidence of mouse droppings on bathroom floor. Restaurant menu unappealing and very limited. Fish was underdone. No draught beer available at bar. Staff were not too motivated.

Welcome on arrival was lovely however on checkout I reported the faults in the Bathroom - (toilet flush and shower dial didn't work properly) and the change-over Receptionist appeared to be mildly irritated rather than apologetic. Full English Breakfast was slightly overpriced for what was presented but it was tasty.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 10 years or more. It was our first trip away since the appearance of covid 19 consequently we were a bit apprehensive especially as we were travelling with our 4 year old grandson, we needn't have been the hotel was clean and safe, the staff managed to be both welcoming and friendly whilst maintaining covid security something that is difficult to do. I have in the past commented in these surveys that given our loyalty it would be a nice touch to be greeted as returning guests whilst once again this didn't happen I must say that our greeting was the most friendly and welcoming we have ever had, a big well done to the two gentlemen that checked us in. My only criticism was that there was no children's menu either for dinner or breakfast when we asked for a children's menu at dinner we were told to order a Pizza and one of us could share it with him, that was not a particularly helpful suggestion as none of us wanted Pizza so I ended up paying full adult price for a dinner that was far too much for him, The same for breakfast. That aside thank you and all the staff for being open in these difficult times and providing us with a safe and enjoyable stay and the hard work of the staff to make it so. We will of course be back and if we bring our grandson with us you will hopefully be able to cater for him at a reasonable price. We would without hesitation recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe secure and enjoyable break in theses uncertain times.

Paid to upgrade to privilege room sofa stained sink cracked carpets stained Food breakfast evening meal awful Had pizza jalapeños obviously came from a jar of vinegar pizza where jalapeños on tasted like vinegar Chips obviously frozen not home made tasted awful Breakfast sauce on eggs Benedict awful why bother serving Room on 2nd floor exit not well signpost could find my way to reception used fire exit to my horror swarming flys reported obviously used something to kill them fire exit next to our room once fly dead they weren’t clean up lying dead in fire exit and also dead on the hall carpet disgust glad to get out the hotel won’t be going back and I paid to stay there !!

I was unable to sleep all night on the 6th October due to heavy rain cascading off a broken gutter and onto a flat roof underneath the bedroom window of room 108. I told the receptionist when I checked out on 7th October and she said she would discuss with the manager who would then contact me. I am very disappointed as of today 9th October I have not yet received a response. My stay was at the Grange Park Willerby.

Food is average and expensive. The bar has a very limited selection an is ridiculously expensive £5.20 for a bottle of Dombar.

The hotel room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We had a good nights sleep in very comfortable bed. Down side was that I was not a fan of the cardboard cups which replaced the china ones. Not sure why these might have been deemed safer. The Breakfast was very good, however the menu for the evening meals was unexciting and was not what I would have expected from a hotel of this standard. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary on the night we arrived and I had expected a decent fare, but no. I mentioned this to the staff who said they were sorry. There were other niggles but nothing that we did not get sorted out. The staff were excellent especially our morning breakfast waitress. Overall under the conditions prevailing at this time, we were very satisfied. Thank you to all.

Very pleasant hotel, in extensive grounds, with exceptional car parking facility. Breakfast, although limited due to covid situation, had an option of "full english" and that was well cooked. Service was excellent and efficient.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything was spotlessly clean. Property is very, very dated. The bathroom is the worst i've had in several years and belongs in a museum. I was genuinely shocked that a chain-operated hotel would have a bathroom of that standard. Bed was terrible - rock hard.

The room was decent size and quiet like I asked for. No house keeping as expected during corona but I was only given 2 tea bags and 4 milk portions for a 3 night stay and there was one toilet roll in my room. I would have thought it would be stocked up for the duration of my stay. Apart from that all good. Shower could do with being a bit more powerful. Bed comfy.
