This is such a friendly hotel, reasonably priced; great staff and really nice food. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast fantastic. I only stayed for two nights and wish I could have stayed longer.

Fantastic service! The staff could not have been more helpful and really went above and beyond for us. Breakfast was great with a good selection, and again, helpful staff. The pool, jacuzzi and steam room were great (super hot steam room, thank you!). Beds were comfy. Bathroom was a bit dated and bath cracked but other than that, it was all a great experience. Thank you to the team

Our second stay here. The room was comfortable, nice and light and reasonably large. Bathroom fine. The outlook is pleasant, trees and greenery, even though close to main roads and shops. Breakfast is good - wide choice of hot and cold food. We ate in the restaurant each evening (3 nights) and enjoyed the food, certainly better than the average chain hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience.

Arrived late on a sunday evening, customer facing staff were excellent, very friendly and attentive. sadly my room had not been cleaned properly, bed sheets not replaced etc. was moved into another room however this room had also not been vacuumed proficiently leaving glitter on the floor.
