We’re sorry to hear that your room allocation was not as booked. While we always aim to honour room-type reservations, on occasion availability can be impacted, and we apologise that this was not clearly explained or resolved to your satisfaction on arrival. This is certainly something we will review with the team. We also regret the confusion and frustration you experienced when trying to book a table in the restaurant. Your comments about the wait time and the lack of clear communication between the restaurant, reception, and bar have been noted and will be addressed, as this is not the seamless service we strive to provide. Regarding the leisure facilities, we appreciate your honest observations. Our pool is popular with families and for swimming lessons, which can make it busier at certain times. We understand this may not suit guests looking for uninterrupted adult swimming, and we’re grateful you highlighted this. We’re pleased, however, that you enjoyed the gym, sauna, hot tub, and found the breakfast and team at breakfast to be a positive part of your stay. Thank you again for your constructive feedback.
