The staff are amazing and so welcoming. Rooms are dated and mine appeared to have some sort of dog hair and a couple of footprints on the wall.

This is a lovely clean hotel in an ideal location for visiting Chester. The staff were all lovely and so friendly. Breakfast was really good! My only complaint was despite leaving the door hanger on saying I was out and house keeping could come in, no one did for the 3 nights I was there. I ran out of coffee but they kindly gave me more at breakfast when I asked.

Great location near motorway, affordable room (budget so not flash but clean and comfortable) and dinner was delicious. Staff at reception, bar and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Only let down was a disappointing breakfast (not enough staff around and food not great). Overall a pleasant stay.
