Very disappointed indeed, the allocated room was filthy, tea/coffee tray hadn’t been cleaned. The shower cubicle had thick black and pink mould up each corner. No dusting had been carried out for some considerable time. We refused to stay in the room and were given the on next door. Although this room was a little better it still left a lot to be desired by way of cleanliness, again many layers of dust had accumulated. The left hand curtain was hanging off. We stayed in the room but would not stay at this hotel again. The standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel was poor to say the least! The hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment throughout. 95 percent of double glazed units have failed and are running with condensation. The stay was by way of a gift voucher and a complete disappointment the only upside was the location.

Rooms,reception, cleaning all good. Latish for breakfast meant English breakfast overcooked.

Good sized room let down by cleanliness of bathroom

Hotel itself it a bit dated but the room was a good size and had everything you would expect of a hotel room. However, the amount of black mould in the bathroom was alarming. I've taken a couple of photos should management wish to see. Staff were accomodating and provided a fan due to the hot evening.
