Hi we stayed at the mercy of Bolton and Hotel had a lovely time thank you the dog stayed with us in the room very comfortable the staff were lovely they could not do enough for us and the breakfast was delicious we had to sit outside the restaurant but this was not a problem as there are lots of tables in The room you walk through . Again we had an excellent stay would highly recommend.

Lovely staff if not always present on reception when you need them, very nice room with lots of facilities in the delux, great food, pool nice, great temperature, whirl pool cooler than I like it but still warm, changing facilities old, broken, unclean, they let the whole place down unfortunately.

General standard of Maintenance requires investment. Very much a “Make Do” with things as they are. Careful spending would make a big difference to visitors staying ,as we did for multiple days. Breakfast and food offering in general not appetising. More mature staff were helpful and capable. Management structure not readily visible. Younger staff untrained, unsupervised and unenthusiastic. High point of stay was the 65 year old lady who tended the lounge bar during the day. Her friendly attention made our stay enjoyable and made the other less favourable aspects tolerable
