We sincerely apologize for the discomfort caused by the issues in your initial room — the cold bathroom, lack of ventilation, noise from the lifts, and Wi-Fi connectivity problems. We understand how these factors significantly impacted your stay, and we appreciate your patience and understanding while we arranged a room better suited to your needs. Your observations regarding the joined beds, the lack of mattress topper, and the absence of USB-C charging ports near the bed are very helpful. We will certainly review these details with our operations team to explore how we can enhance comfort and convenience for our guests. We’re pleased the second room provided a warmer bathroom, reduced noise, and better Wi-Fi coverage, though we recognize that some issues persisted.
