Check in easy. Very friendly and professional staff. Excellent breakfast. Room was nice. Bathroom looking very tired (was clean and functioned fine) as is the space between the window and the secondary glazing, I only mention this as it's a 4 star hotel. Room and bathroom very clean.

Perfect location, 15 min walk from AO arena and deansgate. Room was a good size, clean and comfy bed. The breakfast was really good, hot and plenty of choice.

Certainly not what you would expect from a 4 star or Mercure hotel. Very tired decor, basic rooms and black mould around the windows.

Hotel is in a great location, 7 minutes from Piccadilly station, 2 minutes to the shops, the tram and bus station is right outside. Slept really well - comfortable bed and pillows , windows can be opened and air con worked well. Only negative was the bathroom looked a bit dated and could do with a refresh - bath plug didn’t fit the bath. Also no plugs near the bed . I would definitely stay again if the price was right.
