Excellent one night stay. Easy check in, very clean room and a perfect breakfast. Staff as excellent as always. We have used this hotel many times and have never been disappointed. Will be returning soon. The bar is also very good. We have not eaten here but the menu looks very nice.

We had a privilege room so was quite excited. The safety bolt on the back of the door was broken and half hanging off, there were moths, the pop up bed was completely broken at the end and couldn’t even sleep on it, the fridge smelt of sour milk and the room was so noisy overnight with the outside noise. Shame as the hotel is so nice but the room was not.

Special thanks to Raj, Abbie, Kostya and the lady behind the hot breakfast counter who have all gone above and beyond in making my stay satisfactory and comfortable. If one thing this hotel has got right is the staff recruitment and training on customer service. The rooms, bathrooms and corridors need significant uplifting though. Wi if quality was poor and room phones were dead, although staff explained the temporary nature of the issue. Things like body lotion, shower cap and conditioner are expected to be available in the room in a 4 star hotel in my view and not only on demand specially when phones are not working to contact reception from top floors. Overall really impressed how pragmatic and accommodating the staff was so happy still and will stay there again.
