Compared with other hotels in this group this one is relatively basic, but so was the cost. It was quiet and comfortable, and well located, in walking distance from Piccadilly station. The room was quiet. The restaurant on the 3rd floor was good.

Good location but poor service and standard of the room is no good

The heater is not working Windows hv gap and cold air rush in to the room , the room was so cold in the night Make call to the front desk, housekeeping and the operator in many occasions, however not a single time the calls were answered Housekeeping overlooked to replace tissue box when it’s empty The shower towers were yellowish with foul smell! Really disappointing!

Poor fitting. The shelve came off. Towels were yellowish and smell foul. I booked a twin room but wasn't given what I want. I paid for the 2 nights stay in advance and was charged for another night stay without informing me and my enquiry was totally ignored. Stay away from this hotel. Worst experience ever.

Very good and as expected. Breakfasts well prepared with lots of choices. Great views f. the restaurant. Car parking very convenient - and competitive with similar city centre facilities. Useful that the hotel reception will organise the payment rather than having to use the mobile phone app. One issue - only two of the three lifts were operating leading to lengthy waits at busy times.
