For the price it's OK but don't expect any frills. Rooms are decent and bathroom is clean, shower very temperamental...another point, why are power points for phone beside lampshades 2 ft above bed level. Joke, not suitable for a leisure traveller, definitely not suitable for a business traveller as myself. Wouldn't return here.

This is my second time staying in the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly abd breakfast and lunch were more than adequate. The room was clean and well resourced. The couple that were with me felt exactly as I did. It is very central and close to transport hubs. Am back again in October.

Signposting very confusing from car park. Immediate smell of cleaning products reminded ne of a public toilet. Room not clean enough. Rotting shower/bath seals, leaking onto bathroom floor. Missing facias on air con. Smeared mirrors. Just a depressing room. Evening meal was nice, but cooked breakfast was terrible, just terrible! Greasey, hard, unpleasant. The lifts are horrendous. People were crammed in, stopping at every floor and the advice given was to go up first, even if you needed to go down. It was quicker to walk to the 9th floor that take the lift. I will not stay again, or recommend.

Restuarant was good but drinks too expensive, cleaning of room wasn't the best as we found hair in the shower and bed, bed was hard and small ,

Would rather sleep on the street outside than stay here again

This hotel is absolutely disgusting, not cleaned, bed was used and dirty. No air con, walls covered in marks, fridge broken, no signal or WiFi, as noisy as a concert. Ruined my weekend! Ian was a very nice staff member and probably the only good thing that the place has.
