Excellent city centre location. Clean comfortable bedroom and superb buffet breakfast. As a hotel manager myself I can't fault this hotel. Only stayed one night as we were going to a concert at the new coop live arena. Also the staff were excellent. We will definitely return

Stayed for one night to attend a concert in the city. Hotel was brilliantly situated close to tram and city centre shops and restaurants.

Upon checking in on 26/09/2024, I was informed by the receptionist that my payment had not gone through, and I was required to pay again for my stay. However, after reviewing my bank statements, I discovered that I was charged twice for the same room: once by Agoda and once directly by hotel. Customer service just ignored my request for Refund. Terrible experience
