The hotel itself is nice - great location, clean rooms and great facilities. Unfortunately the walls are extremely thin. I could hear every detail of personal phone calls, and unfortunately my neighbour had the TV on loud. I did call reception and ask for ear plugs but they don't have any and made no attempt to lower noise levels despite it being 12am. It's a shame as otherwise a great hotel so bring your own ear plugs if you do want to stay here as everything else is great. I did also hear others complain at reception about noise levels so it would be nice if feedback was taken on board.

Had a lovely stay. Front desk was super welcoming, especially Anna! Room was great, as was the location. Enjoyed the perks of rewards membership. Only negative was there were a lot of fruit flies at the bar when I redeemed my free drink coupon.

The location was good, right in the centre of the city. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size with good facilities. The hotel facilities were also good, esp the restaurant area.

Easy check in now reception has moved to ground floor Excellent spacious room (519). Bar staff super efficient and friendly. The hotel location is perfect for accessing all of Manchester with bus stands and tram stop right next to hotel.
